Who we are and what we do....
We specialize in online auctions and estate sales. We believe, and have experienced, that selling items online generates the highest sales price and net gain. Exposure on eBay opens your items up for sale to anybody in the United States, and even the world! If you have an in-home estate sale or auction, you will be selling to a limited audience over a short (typically 2-3 day) period. On the last day, the items are discounted sometimes up to 75%-90% off.

After an initial phone call, we like to set up a face-to-face meeting so we can look at the quantity and type of items you plan to sell. After our initial meeting, with your consent, we will securely transport your items to our home. We do this so we can use our photo studio to take high-quality pictures of your items for listing on eBay. We feel that a picture is truly worth a thousand words, and a good picture can make your item worth more in the eyes of a potential buyer. We also have an area that we use for packing and preparing your items for shipment. We will prepare a list of your items that we have in our possession for auction. We will also give you the links to all your items listed on eBay so you can track them.

Can we help you?
Chances are we can. We specialize in selling items that are small enough to be shipped. The good news it that the vast number of household items are able to be shipped. We are happy to list larger items (furniture, appliances, etc), but keep in mind that potential buyers will have to visit your location to view the item(s). This can be inconvenient if nobody is currently living at the home.

How we sell your items....
We will auction most items at a low starting price. Auctions run for 7 days. Sometimes we will determine that an item must be started at a higher starting price in order to generate the highest sales price. Or we may put an item up for sale as a ''Buy It Now''. In this sales format we are not auctioning, but rather listing an for sale at a set price. We have found that little decisions like starting time, starting day, starting price, Buy It Now or auction format, etc. can make a big difference in the final sales price of an item. For this reason, we feel our experience in online sales is of great benefit to you. If you have an item that you don't want to sell for less than a certain price, you can let us know and we will not list the item at a lower price than what you want for it.

How log will this take?
It all depends on your situation. In most cases though, we will need a minimum of 10 days from the time we list your item to the time we pay you for items that have sold. If you are not in a hurry, we are happy to work with you over an extended period of time (a month, for example).

Our fees....
We charge a 25% commission on sold items plus a $2 shipping and handling charge for each item we pack and ship. This shipping and handling fee covers the cost of our shipping supplies and trips to and from shipping stations (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc). On top of that, eBay charges a listing fee, a final value fee, and Paypal (a website that processes payments) charges a percentage fee on the sales price of the item. Then, of course, is the charge for shipping. The following is an example of a typical sale:
Item sells for $90 + $10 for shipping: $100.00
The listing fee for the item: ($ 0.15)
Our commission (on $100): ($ 25.00)
Our commission for shipping and handling: ($ 2.00)
eBay's final value fee: ($ 7.00)
PayPal's fee: ($ 7.00)
Actual shipping cost of the item: ($ 9.00)
Your net proceeds from the sale of this item $ 49.85
Remember that the example above is only an example. We will provide you with a detailed spreadsheet so you can see the exact charges for each item. We are happy to discuss any question you may have. We can understand if these fees seem numerous and high to you (and perhaps even confusing), but the item that puts $50 in your pocket after sale on eBay often only fetches $50 (at best) before commission at a traditional estate sale.

What if an item doesn't sell?
If an item does not sell, you will only be charged the fee for listing on eBay, which is typically no more than $1. Please bear in mind that not all items will sell. Chances are that you will have a number of items remaining. You may choose to keep these items or dispose of them. We are also able to clean up and dispose of these items for you. In some cases, we may be interested in purchasing any remaining items from you.

How you get paid....
We typically pay in total upon completion of our duties. In some situations, at your request, we can pay you in increments ($200 for example) as your items sell.

Peace of mind....
We would like you to rest assured that we are working in close communication with you, and on your behalf. We will strive to keep the sale of your items organized, and provide you with detailed lists, reports, and spreadsheets so you can be constantly aware of what's going on. We will be readily available to you by phone, email, text, or in person.
